Russian mobile ad network WapStart to share mobile ad traffic with Smaato

Russian mobile ad network Plus1 WapStart, claiming it’s the largest in Russia, inked an agreement with Smaato, mobile ad networks aggregation & optimization platform. The main goal of the partnership is to integrate the largest Russian mobile ad network Plus1 WapStart with Smaato’s platform benefiting existing and new clients of both networks by providing access to the combined inventory and advertisers.

Mobile advertising specialist Out There Media and VimpelCom (Beeline brand), jointly announce the official roll-out of a comprehensive Mobile Advertising offering in the Russian market. The offering will run on the VimpelCom network and is open to all Beeline customers. Sales, business development and operations support will be undertaken by the Out There Media office in Russia, which is based in Moscow.
